Tori became a part of the Fortenberry Roofing team in March of 2022. Since then, she has learned how to use her skills of preciseness to create a great working schedule for our service technicians and project managers, while also taking care of our clients needs when they call into the office for help. She is a handworker and is determined to be the best she can be in her line of work for the roofing industry.
Before Tori became a part of the Fortenberry family she had worked for an embroidery shop, worked for her church daycare and was employed by Muleshoe ISD for 3 years as a Physical Education Educational Assistant. Through her job history, Tori has learned great customer service techniques that now help her succeed in her new role in our office.
Tori wears many hats here at Fortenberry Roofing. Her main title is Customer Care Representative, which means when a person calls in she is more than likely the first person they will speak to. She will take all necessary information from the potential client and begin the process of putting a job folder together. Along with creating work orders, Tori creates the work schedule for the upcoming week and makes sure our technicians are where they need to be when they need to be there. She is also in charge of adding content to our company website. So far, Tori has enjoyed her time here at Fortenberry Roofing. Her favorite part is when a customer compliments our work, and " when we all get together and just laugh with and at each other".
While Tori is not in the office, she enjoys learning to cook new things, playing softball, watching Hell's Kitchen, going to church, and spending time with her loved ones. We are very grateful that she was able to join our office staff and add her quirky sense of humor to our team!
