       Anna Z. saw that her roof was falling apart and that it was not in good shape. She reached out to Fortenberry Roofing who then sent Robbie D. out to assess the issues of the roof. Once Robbie D. was able to inspect the roof and put a finger on what all needed to be corrected, a plan to repair the roof from top to bottom was created.

       Once all of the materials were bought and the roofing team was selected, construction on a new roof for Anna Z. began. The roofing team was able to correct and fix all of the issues Robbie D. had found, including applying new OSB (oriented strand board) decking (the foundation of the roof), and brand new IKO Marathon 3 Tab Asphalt Shingles in a color that complements the house. 

       Overall, the repairs made to Anna Z.'s house have improved her quality of life, while also bringing a fresh new appearance and protection to her home that will last many years!

       After a storm, there were always unwanted puddles of rainwater on Erica's back deck and other areas around her home. She realized that maybe getting a gutter system would help her problem. So she then decided to call Fortenberry Roofing since they had done some work to her home previously and she was happy with the service they had provided.

       Fortenberry Roofing was able to provide and install a gutter system that helped the rain drain more appropriately. The gutter team installed 64 ft. of gutters with wide mouth gutter outlets to the exterior of Erica's home and also added downspout extensions that helped direct water under and away from Eric's back deck.

      Once the entire gutter system was completely installed Erica was happy with the results! Since then, Erica has seen a major improvement in the quality of her deck and surrounding areas after rainstorms occur.

       After a heavy rainstorm in Earth, TX, John saw that there was hail damage to his roof, gutters, and the exterior window frames of his house. When he made an insurance claim the insurance company deemed the roof a total loss. With the help of his insurance company, John contacted Fortenberry Roofing to give him a free estimate for a brand new shingle roof. Robbie from Fortenberry was able to conduct the inspection and give a proposal with multiple options that would best fit John and his insurance company.

       Cindy noticed that her roof had multiple loose shingles that would flap as the fierce West Texas winds blew through the area on a regular basis. Knowing that she previously had repairs done on another area of her roof by Fortenberry Roofing, she again reached out to them to make the necessary repairs to her roof. The repair team was able to replace the damaged area of shingles with new underlayment (felt), and new similar colored shingles that will blend in with the existing shingles over time. Cindy was once again satisfied with the service Fortenberry Roofing was able to provide to her home. 

      There was a large area of missing asphalt shingles on the roof of Nicky's house that he wanted to get repaired. He gave Fortenberry Roofing a call to see if they could come out and give him one of their free estimates. Once the inspection was complete and the estimate was given, Nicky decided to go forth with the offer made by Fortenberry Roofing.

       Israel ended up being the technician who made the repairs to Nicky's home. First, Israel removed any damaged shingles from the area. Then he began to lay down felt (underlayment) on which he would install the shingles on top of. The shingles used for this repair were CertainTeed Landmark in the color Resawn Shake. This color best matched the existing shingles on Nicky's roof. Once Israel was finished installing the new shingles, he made sure that the shingles were secure and ready to withstand the winds of West Texas.

       Jay and Sherry did not want an entire roof replacement, but they did want some minor repairs made to their weathered roof. Fortenberry Roofing came out to this home in Littlefield TX and needed to provide a full roof replacement. Due to the condition of the roof, we had no choice but to gut the entire roof, all the way down to the roof's decking/sheeting.

As we started to peel away the layers, we found wood rot, several gaping holes, and lifted shingles everywhere. Due to the wear & tear of the roof, it was hard to tell if the customer had a possible termite or rodent issue. The wood was in really bad shape. We replaced any decking we felt needed replacement. 

The photos also show that it looks as if the original roof was never removed, only covered up with new shingles. This is a recipe for disaster.

When Caleb arrived, he found that Luther saw one section of roofing that was peeling off the bottom half of the roof above the gutter. Curtis called Fortenberry Roofing with multiple roofing issues. The garage was showing signs of water damage from inside the garage. In the photo, you can see the darkening of the inside roofing which is definitely a sign of water damage and possible wood rot to the exterior of the roof.
