Todd wanted Fortenberry Roofing to look at his damaged roof before the interior water damage worsens. We found the shingles, underlayment, and decking either missing or exposed.

My project manager determined that the roof would need a medium section of the shingles replaced. Due to some minor wood rot, the decking section needed to be cut out and the underlayment replaced. 

Using our Klaus Roofing methods, the homeowner was happy to know the roof would only be needed to be repaired and not replaced. 

Curtis called Fortenberry Roofing with multiple roofing issues. The garage was showing signs of water damage from inside the garage. In the photo, you can see the darkening of the inside roofing which is definitely a sign of water damage and possible wood rot to the exterior of the roof. 

Once we assessed the garage, we then turned our focus to the main roof. Here, we found several areas of the roof that were torn off by previous storms, and in one section, the roof was sagging.

The customer called Fortenberry Roofing to look at a possible asphalt roof repair. When Caleb arrived, he found that Luther saw one section of roofing that was peeling off the bottom half of the roof above the gutter. When untreated, this can cause excessive roof wood rot to the roof sheeting section. Once this is compromised, you are looking at a whole bunch of new issues!

Fortenberry Roofing came out to this home in Littlefield TX and needed to provide a full roof replacement. Due to the condition of the roof, we had no choice but to gut the entire roof, all the way down to the roof's decking/sheeting.

As we started to peel away the layers, we found wood rot, several gaping holes, and lifted shingles everywhere. Due to the wear & tear of the roof, it was hard to tell if the customer had a possible termite or rodent issue. The wood was in really bad shape. We replaced any decking we felt needed replacement. 

The photos also show that it looks as if the original roof was never removed, only covered up with new shingles. This is a recipe for disaster.
