We at Fortenberry Roofing in Littlefield, TX were called on the help out a local church to repair a severely damaged Metal roof. In the photos, we were able to show the church every area of concern. If we just offered a repair, this roof would continue to have issues in the future and would never fully be resolved.
A roof is like a bridge, you just can't keep repairing the roof because once the structure is compromised in any way, it will continue to have issue after issue. We recommended a replacement of the metal section of the roof and removing all of the broken concrete sections and re-apply at least a 5" concrete slab.
Overall, the church was extremely pleased with work Fortenberry Roofing did and Ruben will recommend us to everyone looking for a new Roof!

Concrete slab water damaged
This is a bad situation where the concrete slab is water damaged and is causing leakage to the inside of the church.
Possible wood rot
Not only is the concrete missing, but the wood is also exposed and is almost definitely going to cause wood rot.
Concrete is fully compermised
This is one of the areas where the concrete is just gone.
