The customer in Clovis, New Mexico reached out to Fortenberry Roofing Co. due to significant issues with a leaking roof, which had been causing considerable stress and disruption in their daily life. Miguel, a roofing expert, was dispatched for the earliest appointment and conducted a thorough inspection of the roof. The inspection revealed that the roof was in dire need of repairs. Miguel outlined a comprehensive plan, including the re-welding of open seams and laps on the TPO (Thermoplastic Olefin) roof, sealing and adding pipe clamps, and addressing the damaged plywood and framing where the roof met the wall.
