Fortenberry Roofing came out to the Touch of Class Hair Studio to asses an interior roof leak. When we arrived, we noticed several areas of the ceiling tile had stains from the water that had penetrated and leaked down into the ceiling tiles.
Once we went to the roof, we witnessed several areas of the flat roof with compromised sections of the roof. One of the biggest problems was where the breaker and the conduit separated from the Air conditioning unit. The studio was lucky that this didn't cause an electrical fire. Two of the boots on the roof needed to be re-sealed due to wear and tear over the years. The storms that roll through will cause this type of damage to the seals.
