Roof Repair Photo Album: Leaky roof repair in Muleshoe, TX
Our office received a call from Arthur in Muleshoe, TX. He started to explain that he didn't know why he was getting water damage in his living room. It started with a little staining of the ceiling and then the paint was starting to bubble up.
We dispatched a crew to assess the issue. After walking to the rooftop, we found where the leakage was coming from. There was an A/C duct that was losing its original rubber seal. Even though this wasn't a large job, this is a classic example of how a small leak can ruin the interior of your home.
Fortenberry Roofing was able to re-seal the A/XC duct and keep this to only a roof repair. Arthur was grateful for the work we did and will recommend us to his friends and family!

Years of wera and tear
The photo shows the rubber sealant losing its firmness and this will always require new sealant to be applied.

We show the roof and the sealant before we remove and replace it.
Sealant before we remove and apply a new rubber sealant
As you can see, after years of severe weather, the sealant has been getting worn down. We see sections that are missing and will cause leaking into the home every time!
