Mrs. McBride contacted Fortenberry Roofing with some concerns about a water leak in her bathroom Ceiling. Fortenberry Technician Leo reviewed the damages done to the bathroom ceiling. He found the damages were due to a major leak due to improperly installed materials. The felt and Valley had been improperly installed causing water to enter the bathroom room ceiling.  The Crew started the process of removing the Shingles and starting the replacement of the SealoronXT to add additional protection from future damages. The replacement of the L flashing and Counter flashing installed will hold up to the beating west Texas winds.     Sue also wanted us to repair the improperly installed flashing around the Chimney. Fortenberry Roofing installed Klaus Roofing System underlayment to give her a secondary weatherproofing barrier. All Shingles were installed with the exact match of the existing Shingles on her roof.  Mrs. McBride was very Pleased with the hard work and exceptional timing to get the job done.
