Roof Repair Photo Album: Remove and Replace Broken Tile in Lubbock, Texas

Following a recent hailstorm in Lubbock, Texas, Mr. Authur contacted Fortenberry Roofing Co. about possible storm damage to his clay tile roofing system. Given the vulnerability of tile roofs to impact-related damage, Mr. Authur wanted a thorough inspection and timely repairs. Dexter Baker, our Head Sales Consultant, promptly scheduled a roof inspection. Upon assessment, Dexter identified hail-related damage to several clay tiles, along with compromised pipe jacks and rain caps.   After reviewing the damage, Dexter presented Mr. Authur with a detailed, competitive proposal outlining the recommended scope of work. Impressed with the professionalism and clarity of the proposal, Mr. Authur immediately approved it. Dexter coordinated with our roofing team to begin repairs without delay. Our Lead Roofing Technician, accompanied by Technician Spencer, completed a series of professional roofing repairs. They removed and replaced all broken clay tiles using the customer-supplied materials, ensuring a seamless match with the existing roof. Additionally, they removed and replaced the damaged pipe jacks to restore the roof’s waterproofing integrity. To further improve the system’s performance, they also replaced two deteriorated rain caps, enhancing both ventilation and weather resistance.     The work was completed efficiently and to the highest industry standards.
