Roof Repair Photo Album: Chimney leaking Repair in Lubbock, Texas

When high winds caused damage to her roof and left her chimney leaking, Mrs. Anderson of Lubbock, Texas, knew it was time to call in the experts at Fortenberry Roofing Co.. Upon arrival, Leo met with Mrs. Anderson, explained the roof inspection process, and discussed what to expect during the repair. After completing a thorough inspection, Leo provided a detailed quote outlining the necessary roofing repairs to restore the integrity of the chimney. Mrs. Anderson agreed to the proposal, and our roofing crew immediately got to work. Leo and Spencer carefully removed the bottom trim and damaged boards, then cut the corner pieces to properly install new step flashing and counter flashing around the chimney. They also removed the surrounding shingles to ensure a watertight seal. Once the new flashing system was installed, the crew replaced the shingles, repainted the trim to match the chimney, and made sure every detail was finished with precision.
