Roof Replacement Photo Album: Res. Re Roof Replacement in Whiteface, Texas
Mr. Young from Whiteface, Texas, reached out to Fortenberry Roofing Co. after a recent windstorm caused noticeable damage to his roof, including missing shingles. Understanding the likely extent of the damage, he suspected a full roof replacement might be necessary. Robbie, our Senior Sales Consultant, promptly met with Mr. Young to perform a detailed inspection. Upon assessment, Robbie confirmed that several shingles had blown off and that the roof, fascia, and drip edge would all need to be replaced.
Mr. Young approved the recommended scope of work, and Robbie coordinated with Robert, Fortenberry Roofing Co.’s Project Manager, to schedule the job as soon as possible. The crew arrived early the next morning and began the tear-off, removing 12 squares of old asphalt shingles and one layer of synthetic underlayment. Approximately 3 linear feet of 1x4 fascia on the northeast corner of the roof were replaced. The team then installed Klaus Roofing Systems Velora One synthetic underlayment, along with SealronXT Ice & Water Shield in key vulnerable areas such as valleys and penetrations to enhance moisture protection. Robert and the crew worked diligently to complete the project efficiently and to the highest standards.
Mr. Young was highly satisfied with the workmanship and professionalism of the team and was excited to show off his newly restored roof, confident in the improved protection and appearance of his home.
