A homeowner in Lubbock, Texas, reached out to Fortenberry Roofing Co. with an issue that had become a real concern damaged soffit on the southeast side of the garage. Leo, Fortenberry Roofing Co.'s lead technician, promptly scheduled a free estimate and met with the homeowner to assess the problem. After discussing the scope of work, both parties agreed to proceed with the repair immediately.
Leo got to work right away. He carefully removed the damaged soffit and cut a new piece from textured Smart Board to match the existing design. Using paint provided by the homeowner, he pre-painted the replacement piece to ensure a seamless look.
