Roof Replacement Photo Album: Full Roof Replacement in Shallowater, Texas
Fortenberry Roofing recently assisted Mr. Field of Shallowater, whose roof had suffered significant wind damage, including curling, lifting, and missing shingles. Our lead salesman, Mr. Demel, conducted a thorough, no-cost inspection that revealed severe deterioration and failing patch repairs, making it clear that a full roof replacement was the only viable solution to protect the home.
With the homeowner's approval, our project manager and crew promptly began work. The project involved a complete tear-off of the old materials, which uncovered and allowed us to replace 64 feet of rotten decking. To ensure maximum protection, we installed a premium SealronXT Ice & Water shield across the entire roof deck.
To finish the job, our team expertly installed 27 squares of durable Granite Black architectural shingles, complete with a matching hip and ridge cap for a seamless, professional finish. The project concluded with a meticulous cleanup, leaving Mr. Field with a secure, fortified new roof and ensuring his complete satisfaction.
