Roof Replacement Photo Album: Re Roof Replacement- In Lubbock, Texas

Mrs. Goldstone of Lubbock, Texas, contacted Fortenberry Roofing Co. after a recent hailstorm left her roof with significant damage. Our Lead Salesman, Dexter B., met with her to perform a full inspection and provide a free roofing estimate. After reviewing the quote, Mrs. Goldstone approved the project, and Dexter worked with Robert, our Project Manager, to schedule the roof replacement.   On installation day, our crew arrived early to begin the tear-off process, removing all old shingles and exposing the roof decking. During inspection, several rotted areas of decking were discovered. To ensure a solid foundation, the crew replaced the damaged sections with two new ½-inch plywood sheets. Additionally, two pieces of fascia were replaced to restore structural integrity along the roofline.   Once the decking repairs were complete, the crew installed VeloriaOne Synthetic Underlayment across the roof deck for superior moisture protection. Around all roof penetrations, such as vents and pipes, they applied SealronXT flashing tape, providing an extra barrier against potential leaks. The crew then installed approximately 18 squares of IKO Dynasty shingles in Summit Gray, giving the home a fresh look while providing reliable, long-lasting protection.     The project was wrapped up with a thorough job site cleanup, leaving Mrs. Goldstone’s property spotless and her home fully protected
