The little things matter!
By repairing this soffit, Fortenberry Roofing was able to resurrect the protective qualities of the soffit so that it is able to perform the job it was always meant to do, which is to bring protection to the integrity of the roof.
The homeowner needed a new roof and figured that replacing the gutters at the same time made sense. Why call another contractor to replace the gutter system? Fortenberry Roofing is more than capable of providing a high-quality Gutter System Installation.
Usually, a gutter system would need some type of guard that would lay on top of the gutters but in this situation, there isn't a tree in sight. There was no need to add a gutter guard to this gutter installation.
Gary couldn't have been happier with the performance of Fortenberry Roofing and will recommend them to everyone he encounters.
Fortenberry Roofing recently installed a high-quality asphalt shingle roof for a homeowner in Lubbock, TX. After assessing the condition of the existing roof, Anne reached out to us for a Free Estimate and to discuss a comprehensive solution. Our experienced sales team guided her through the entire roof replacement process, ensuring she understood every step of the Fortenberry Way. We proudly back every roof with our 50-Year Warranty for added peace of mind.
During our inspection, we found that many contractors overlook key aspects of the installation process, which can compromise the integrity of the roof. At Fortenberry Roofing, we go above and beyond to ensure the job is done right the first time. This includes replacing the decking if necessary, installing a high-quality underlayment and water barrier, and using premium shingles. Our expert installers take great care to protect your property throughout the process, and we always make sure to clean up thoroughly after the installation is complete.
Magic... or Just Quality Roofing?
The homeowner of this property in Lubbock, TX was wanting to remove 2 skylights that had been installed on his roof. When he got in touch with Fortenberry Roofing he told them what he had in mind and together they came up with a game plan. Fortenberry Roofing sent Juan out to inspect the area and give a proper proposal for the work the homeowner was interested in. Once the proposal was signed, the material was ordered, and the job was scheduled, Miguel and Celeb were able to get started on closing up the 2 skylights and repairing the open spaces that were left behind. The outcome of the repairs was a success! If you didn't know about the skylights before, it would be hard to tell they were ever there. Good job Fortenberry Roofing!
