Our lead roofing specialist, Mr. Robbie D., promptly scheduled a free on-site inspection and met with the homeowner to assess the condition of the roof and provide a detailed proposal. During the inspection, Robbie identified a minor issue on the west-facing eave edge where a small section of shingles required replacement. After reviewing the findings and reaching an agreement, our experienced crew—led by Leo—quickly got to work. The team replaced one bundle of shingles and installed eight additional shingles along the west eave edge, ensuring a secure and seamless repair. A homeowner in Levelland, Texas, reached out to Fortenberry Roofing Co. for help with insulation needs in a converted garage. Leo, one of our roofing and insulation specialists, was dispatched to provide a free quote and inspection.

During the walkthrough, Leo identified that the attic had little to no insulation. He explained to the homeowner that bringing the attic up to an R-38 insulation value would require adding approximately 11 inches of insulation. In addition, he recommended sealing the water heater penetration and constructing a small wall around the attic access to prevent insulation from falling out.

The homeowner approved the proposal, and Leo quickly mobilized his crew. The team efficiently installed the insulation, sealed the penetration, and built the necessary access wall—all while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Following recent storms in West Texas, Deborah contacted Fortenberry Roofing Co. seeking a roof replacement for her home. Dexter, Roofing Specialist, was scheduled to meet with her to conduct a full inspection of the roof.

During the appointment, Dexter performed a thorough assessment and then sat down with Deborah to review the extent of the storm-related damage. He clearly explained the findings and discussed the necessary repairs, as well as the next steps for replacing the roof. She then agreed to move forward with the roof replacement. Dexter spoke with Robert, Product Manager, and the roofing crew about the details of this particular project.

Robert and the crew began by laying protection around the perimeter of the home and by removing all the old shingles and underlayment.

The leaking in the roof and skylight at the Littlefield Resident’s home were determined to be caused by improper installation of the skylight and wear and tear on the roof. Leo and Jesse recommended repairing and replacing the affected areas. They proceeded by removing the top layers of the Modify Bitumen roof and replacing it, ensuring that the homeowner will have a new roof that can last 20 years or longer with proper maintenance. Additionally, they removed the pantile to access the skylights and re-flashed them to prevent any future leaks.
