During the inspection, Robbie identified a minor issue on the west-facing eave edge where a small section of shingles required replacement. After reviewing the findings and reaching an agreement, our experienced crew—led by Leo—quickly got to work. The team replaced one bundle of shingles and installed eight additional shingles along the west eave edge, ensuring a secure and seamless repair. The leaking in the roof and skylight at the Littlefield Resident’s home were determined to be caused by improper installation of the skylight and wear and tear on the roof. Leo and Jesse recommended repairing and replacing the affected areas. They proceeded by removing the top layers of the Modify Bitumen roof and replacing it, ensuring that the homeowner will have a new roof that can last 20 years or longer with proper maintenance. Additionally, they removed the pantile to access the skylights and re-flashed them to prevent any future leaks.

This home in Littlefield, TX was having some problems with heating the home during the snowstorm. Fortenberry Roofing went out and offered her a free quote to assist with the problems in the attic. Fortenberry Roofing Crew found she needed some Insulation.  Areas in the kitchen had no insulation.  The main part of the home had only 90% of coverage. 

Fortenberry Roofing installed blown-in insulation of up to 10” of cellulose insulation in the main part of the House to target the R-38 Value.
