Mr. Turner of Plainview, Texas, contacted Fortenberry Roofing Co. to improve the insulation and ventilation in his attic. He was interested in having blown-in insulation installed to help increase energy efficiency and home comfort. Our Lead Salesman, Dexter, met with Mr. Turner, discussed his needs, and provided a detailed estimate. The scope of work included installing 10 inches of blown-in cellulose insulation, 21 feet of ridge vent, and seven 8"x16" soffit vents to ensure proper attic ventilation. After finalizing the plan, Dexter coordinated with our Lead Technician, Leo, to carry out the work. Leo and crew member Spencer arrived on-site and completed the job, blowing in 10 inches of cellulose insulation throughout the attic, cutting a 3-inch ridge slot, and installing two ridge vents on the north and south sections of the roof. The ridge vents were properly covered with shingles to ensure a watertight finish. They also installed seven soffit vents to provide balanced intake airflow. Mr. Turner was very pleased with the outcome and expressed how happy he was with the quality of work and professionalism provided by Fortenberry Roofing Co.

After Miguel M. our dedicated foreman, recommended the installation of new gutters and discussed the details with Mr. Elliott, including the removal of old gutters, installation of up to 324 leaner feet of 5" K-Style seamless gutters and downspouts, as well as repairs to up to 10" leaner feet of fascia, out team worked diligently to ensure a job well done.

Mrs. Filley from Tahoka, TX contacted Fortenberry Roofing with some concerns about her home being cold in the winter and hot in the summer. Fortenberry Roofing offered her a free quote to assess the problem. Alternately, she did not have adequate amounts of insulation in her attic. Also, damaged walls with spots of areas where the wind was coming in. The Technician Leo V. installed a Radiant barrier to reflect summer heat out and winter heat back in. The crew added blown-in insulation of the recommended amount of R-38 of 10 inches. Sealed all HVAC and exhaust vents with a foam that is fire retardant.

Mr. Kirk A. contacted Fortenberry Roofing regarding his home, not keeping the heat and cool temperatures needed in his home, and his electricity bills were extremely high. Fortenberry Roofing Forman Miguel scheduled a free quote to inspect the home. Mr. A. was in dire need of some insulation.  Miguel sat with Mr. A. and went over all his needs for his attic.  Fortenberry Roofing Installed 10in or More Blown- In Cellulose Insulation. Vacuuming out all old blown-in insulation.  While air sealing the complete attic.
