Additionally, we found areas where the insulation was less than 2 inches thick. To address these issues, we added 8 inches of cellulose insulation, bringing the total insulation to the recommended 10 inches. This upgrade ensures the attic now meets the required R-value range of 12-38, significantly improving the home's energy efficiency.
