Receiving a call from Mr. Newman in Lubbock, Texas, we promptly dispatched our project  Manager to inspect the storm collar on his vent. Mr. Newman suspected that water was leaking into his home due to an improper installation. After a thorough assessment, Miguel confirmed the issue and provided a free quote for the necessary repair. Miguel  corrected the installation, ensuring a watertight seal by applying waterproof sealant. As a final touch, he spray painted the vent pipe, leaving it both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

After a thorough inspection, Dexter determined that the repair would require up to one bundle of Tamko shingles and one bundle of Tamko ridge cap. Additionally, sealant needed to be applied to several loose shingles near the low-profile vent, as well as to visibly loose shingles on the west slope of the roof.

After discussing the scope of work, Mr. Acebedo agreed it was time to move forward with the repairs. Dexter immediately contacted our roofing crew to relay the details of the job.
