A New Home, Texas customer contacted Fortenberry Roofing to request an inspection of their home due to leaks around the smoke detector and the bathroom light fixture fan. Dexter, our lead salesman, scheduled a meeting with the homeowner. During the visit, Dexter provided a free quote and a detailed proposal. He explained that the repairs would involve replacing the damaged shingles on the front slope and applying caulking to the boots around the vents on the metal roof.
The homeowner agreed to the proposed repairs and wanted to start as soon as possible. Dexter coordinated with or service department to schedule the earliest available appointment. Leo V., our lead technician, met with the homeowner and assured her that he would handle the repairs efficiently. Leo replaced up to two bundles of shingles that had blown loose and refreshed the sealant around the vent pipes and valley flashing.
Upon completion, Leo reviewed the work with the homeowner, who was extremely pleased with the results.
The leaking in the roof and skylight at the Littlefield Resident’s home were determined to be caused by improper installation of the skylight and wear and tear on the roof. Leo and Jesse recommended repairing and replacing the affected areas. They proceeded by removing the top layers of the Modify Bitumen roof and replacing it, ensuring that the homeowner will have a new roof that can last 20 years or longer with proper maintenance. Additionally, they removed the pantile to access the skylights and re-flashed them to prevent any future leaks.
Fortenberry Roofing responded promptly to a Littlefield residents call for assistance with a leaking roof, specifically in the kitchen area where water was entering the home. Upon inspection, it was determined that repairs to the valley and corner, including re-flashing, were necessary to address the issue effectively.

Mr. Eddings from Littlefield, Tx contacted Fortenberry Roofing with concerns about leaks in his metal roof. Unable to identify the source of the leaks, he sought out professional assistance. Technicians Leo V. promptly scheduled a visit to asses the damage and provide a free quote.
Upon inspection, Leo identified that the leaks were originating from the chimney area. He discussed with Mr. Eddings the necessity of installing metal flashing around the chimney. Leo assured Mr. Eddings that we would custom bend the chimney flashing in house- and expedite the installation.
Leo meticulously flashed all sides f the chimney and sealed all surrounding areas. Mr. Eddings expressed his gratitude for Leo's dedication and prioritization of his roofing needs, ensuring his home was swiftly protected from further damaged.
