Fortenberry Roofing was pleased to be called to help a customer in need. Mr. Williams in Lubbock, Tx was having some problems with major hail damage and leaking on the roof. Mr. Williams left it all to Fortenberry Roofing crew to fix the problems.
Scheduling an appointment to get out to give Mr. Williams a free estimate. And getting started was a major priority for Fortenberry Roofing Crew lead Jesse M., Robbie and Jesse put a game plan in place to remove the Shingles and repair any damages to the roof. Starting the day out with crew members placing the Catch- All- System to protect the homeowner beautiful flowers. As the morning started the crew was preparing to start to get the job started removing all ventilation and preparing to place the Velora One underlayment and the Klaus Roofing Slealoron XT ice and water. While other crew members were replacing the metal drip edge and the Valley metal flashing. Fortenberry Roofing crew was halfway through the day and was ready to start putting the first set of shingles down and get the roof done in a fashionable manner.

Receiving a call from Mr. Newman in Lubbock, Texas, we promptly dispatched our project Manager to inspect the storm collar on his vent. Mr. Newman suspected that water was leaking into his home due to an improper installation. After a thorough assessment, Miguel confirmed the issue and provided a free quote for the necessary repair. Miguel corrected the installation, ensuring a watertight seal by applying waterproof sealant. As a final touch, he spray painted the vent pipe, leaving it both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Mr. Acebedo from Lubbock, Texas, reached out to Fortenberry Roofing Co. after noticing damage to the shingles on his roof. Several shingles at the peak of his home were missing, prompting him to request a free estimate.
Our Lead Salesman, Dexter, met with Mr. Acebedo to assess the situation and provide a detailed evaluation. After a thorough inspection, Dexter determined that the repair would require up to one bundle of Tamko shingles and one bundle of Tamko ridge cap. Additionally, sealant needed to be applied to several loose shingles near the low-profile vent, as well as to visibly loose shingles on the west slope of the roof.
After discussing the scope of work, Mr. Acebedo agreed it was time to move forward with the repairs. Dexter immediately contacted our roofing crew to relay the details of the job.
Technicians Robert and Noel arrived promptly and got to work without delay. The team completed the repairs efficiently and with great attention to detail. Mr. Acebedo was very pleased with the results and expressed his satisfaction with the quality and professionalism of the work performed.
Sue reached out to Fortenberry to have her Chimney flashing repaired due to a water leak. The improper installment was causing damage to the interior walls. The team found that water was settling under the shingles and scheduled to repair the damages.

Jim in Lubbock, TX was looking for a Roofing team to help him with his Chimney needs. Who better to do the job than Fortenberry Roofing? Fortenberry Roofing crew gave Mr. Jim a thorough inspection of the chimney’s problems and found that the chimney cap was leaking. The Mortar around the chimney was nonexistent. Causing the water to enter between the cap & Brick. Fortenberry's Team member Leo V. added quick concrete sealant and replaced the Cap with an upgraded chimney Cap.
Jim was very delighted with the upgraded Chimney cap that was installed. Can't wait to tell his friends and family.
